- This fun squash belongs to the summer squash family and you can eat skin and all!
- Acorn squash taste most similarily to a butternut squash in the way it has a sweet, nutty flavor. It pairs well with herbs like rosemary, sage, thyme, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger. It also cooks well with brown sugar or maple syrup.
- We recommend that you use your acorn squash sooner rather than later; it does not have as long of a shelf life as your butternut and spaghetti squashes. Consume within one to two months.
